I fell in love w/ fitness while completing my Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology / Sports Medicine in Michigan.  Soon after, I moved to Hollywood, California training clients and competing in Figure & Physique Bodybuilding Competitions.

As a Competitive Physique & Figure Bodybuilder w/ over 33 shows under my belt, I reached my potential of being the fittest I can be.  Placed Top 5 Figure at the MuscleMania FigureAmerica World Championships 2017, MuscleBeach and more.  It is an honor to share the stage w/ hundreds of amazing athletes from around the world.  I recently competed at the MuscleMania 2018 + 2019 shows, WFF Lauren Powers competition and MuscleBeach Venice.

Now in my 50's, I will continue to compete in bodybuilding, as it is my passion.  I also enjoy cooking my meals, watching movies, tanning on the beach and traveling.
